Vary the pH from 1 to 12, repeatedly. Run at high temperatures, part of the time or all the time. Kromasil Eternity is designed for long life even in conditions where ordinary columns give up almost immediately. (Just imagine then how long it lasts when conditions are perfect.)

Is there a catch? No. Kromasil Eternity is simply the result of innovative thinking and decades of silica development experience. The technology is complex, but this video gives an insight into how it works.

You can use Kromasil Eternity for separation and purification of compounds under reversed phase HPLC and UHPLC. Since many pharmaceutical compounds are ionizable, the broad pH user window gives you freedom to alter retention time during method development.
