Interview with Jan Newcomb, Procurement Supervisor, Ambiopharm, Inc.
You guys have always been wonderful about giving me the support I need to get
You have been involved in procurement for many years. What is the most important aspect of dealing with vendors to ensure that you’re doing good business for Ambiopharm
“For me, the most important thing is communication. I think that’s key with any vendor, you really need an open-door communication. And you guys have been wonderful on that. I just needed to say that right up front.”
So, you’re pretty much satisfied?
“I’m actually very satisfied. We communicate well and I’ve even had some communications with your home office in Sweden, and never have had any problems.”
“Sometimes shipments get stuck, which is definitely not your fault. It’s been [the transporter’s] problem, and they sure have had their issues. But you guys have always been wonderful about giving me the support I need to get and get things moving again. So, I couldn’t ask for more.”
“I do enjoy working with you guys and the Nouryon personnel I’ve had contact with.”
